Refund Policy for Flingoos by Diligent4
This Refund Policy explains Diligent4's policy regarding refunds, cancellations, and billing for the Flingoos platform. By subscribing to Flingoos, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. All Sales are Final
Due to the digital nature of our software and the immediate access granted to the Flingoos platform upon purchase, Diligent4 does not offer refunds. Once a subscription is activated or a new seat is added, the sale is considered final.
By subscribing to Flingoos, you acknowledge that you are requesting immediate access to digital content and, as such, you waive any statutory right of withdrawal or "cooling-off" period once the service has been accessed.
2. No Refunds for Partial Use or Unused Seats
Flingoos is billed on a seat-based subscription model. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial usage or unused seats.
Partial Months
We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months of usage or for months where the account was inactive. Subscription fees are charged for the entire billing period, regardless of actual usage during that period.
Seat Reductions
If you choose to reduce the number of seats during a billing cycle, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds or credits will be issued for the remaining days of that cycle for the removed seats.
You will continue to have access to all seats until the end of the current billing period, after which the reduced seat count will apply.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
Upon cancellation:
- You and your team will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current paid billing period.
- No further charges will be applied after the current billing cycle ends.
- Your data will be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and may be deleted after account closure.
To cancel your subscription, please contact us at contact@diligent4.com or manage your subscription through your account dashboard.
4. Exceptions
In the rare event of a technical issue on our end that prevents access to the service for an extended period (exceeding 72 consecutive hours), Diligent4 may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit or refund on a case-by-case basis.
To request consideration for an exception:
- Contact our support team at contact@diligent4.com with details of the issue.
- Include documentation of the service disruption, including dates, times, and impact on your usage.
- Allow our team to investigate and respond within 5-7 business days.
Any credits or refunds granted under this exception policy are at Diligent4's sole discretion and do not constitute a waiver of this Refund Policy for future transactions.
5. Billing Disputes
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or have questions about your billing, please contact us immediately at contact@diligent4.com.
We will investigate all billing disputes promptly and work with you to resolve any legitimate billing errors. Any adjustments or credits resulting from billing errors will be applied to your account or refunded at our discretion.
6. Changes to This Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service prior to the effective date of the changes.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Refund Policy.
